CANELLATION POLICY
In the event that the client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, Twenty-four (24) hours notice to Easy Clean Pros is required. Notice may be given by email, SMS (text) or phone. Should the client fail to give Twenty-Four (24) hours notice on more than one (1) occasion, the client must pay 50% for the canceled cleaning first offense and 100% of the fee for canceled cleanings thereafter. Canceling more than three (3) consecutive cleanings or more than seven (7) total schedule cleanings, without prior approval of Easy Clean Pros, will be deemed a material breach and allow Easy Clean Pros to cancel the contract. I Easy Clean Pros needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment 24hours notice will be given to client.
Seamless communication
Online communication makes it easy for you to stay in touch with your Cleaners. Nonetheless, if you call our contact number between working hours you will be assisted.
Payments
Easy Clean Pros only accepts credit / debit card as form of payment. Your credit card information is taken at booking. However, we DO NOT charge the card at this time. A hold will be placed on your account (for authorization) one (1) day before the service in the amount of your total balance. THIS HOLD IS NOT A CHARGE. Your card will be charged after the service has been completed and you will receive an invoice via email once this occurs. Unless otherwise noted, payment information must be collected from all customers and authorized prior to job starting. If your service is canceled for any reason, this hold will be released within 2-5 days.
